If you are paying Fee for Access Extension you are automatically agreeing to the following terms. All others, skip to payment:

1. System uptime is about 95%. Due to sudden power failure or other reasons system may not be available. When you can not access, wait for two hours and try again. We restore the system on priority. Please create helpdesk ticket to report the issue. Do not call. We do not have resources to troubleshoot access-issues over phone.

2. Fees are not refundable. In case of Boot Camp fee, it will be credit to your course fee.

3. Sharing the access is a violation. Once we find out that you shared the your account, it will locked and no further use or extension will be allowed.

4. Access information will be provided within one business day after payment has been processed. (If you intend to pay through Check, make payments to TargetSAP and mail it. In the case of check, access will begin after three business days.

Return (Refund) Policy:

TargetSAP will not refund the fee once the training program begins. If the candidate wishes to withdraw from the program one business week prior to Class Start Date, an amount of $300 will be deducted from the fee paid and balance will be returned.
