are several career options once you complete the
formal mentoring. You can work as a :

Functional
Consultant in SD, MM, PP, FICO, WM, QM, HR,
etc. - Configuration, Integration,
Scoping, Testing, etc.

Technical
Consultant - ABAP, BASIS, Workflow,
Developer, XI (Middleware) Integration
consultant, etc.
There
are two paths you can choose from:

Permanent
position (Salary - W2) Average salary ranges
between $90 K - $160 K

Independent
Consultant (Hourly - 1099 or Corp to Corp) -
Contract usually lasts for about 6 Months to
one year. Average rate ranges between $75 -
$150.

Consultant
on permanent basis with Big 4 consulting
firms: IBM, Deloitte, Bearing Point or
Accenture. Average Salary - $100K

Either
you are an independent consultant or work
for Big 4, travel, hotel and other expenses
are paid at actual by the end client.
